Realty Office text messages from Codex Smoke RO

Codex Smoke RO uses Realty Office (operated by Elevenx2 LLC) to send text messages to clients who asked for them. This page shows exactly how a client opts in, what the texts look like, and how to stop them. Clients are never texted unless they text first or tick the text box themselves.

How you opt in. You text Realty Office first. The number is published on realtyoffice.app, and anyone who texts it asks us to text back. We reply to your question and nothing else: no offers, no marketing, no lists. Texting START to this number after STOP also opts you back in.

These are the automatic replies. Each one names Realty Office:

How clients opt in to a business's texts

Option 1: text JOIN. Text the word JOIN to the business's texting number. The number is printed on your listing sign, flyer and thank-you card.

Option 2: the client join form. The form at /join/codex-smoke-ro shows a separate text-messages checkbox that is not pre-ticked, and only to a client who opened it from the personal link we text back after they texted JOIN (so the box is tied to that client's own phone). Texts are optional and not required to join or to book. The checkbox reads:

How often

Market updates and offer texts, no more than 2 a month. Messages always name the agent.
